I have a problem on my Samsung phone and was told to deal directly with their service centre. What a mistake. I received the cockiest lady on the other side!!! I was told that a software upgrade will take 6 days and that they don't give loan phones. How the hell must I work without my cell? The lady just told me that that's what it is. Shocking, I have loved all my Samsung phones, but after this......................will probably go back to Nokia.
